Ichthyol 20% ointment is a higher-concentration local anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and local anaesthetic preparation. Bactericidal against Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes; relieves inflammation and deep tissue pain. Used for deep inflammations and chronic conditions.
Ixtiol (Ixtiammol) 200 mg/g, Vazelin / Ихтиол (ихтиаммол) 200 мг/г, вазелин
External: apply a thin layer to affected area 1–2 times daily. A dressing may be applied after application. Internal: as antiseptic and antifermentative agent as directed by a veterinarian.
Hypersensitivity to components. Do not apply to open wounds or mucous membranes.
