Dexaforte is a combination preparation based on furosemide and dexamethasone. The corticosteroid (dexamethasone) is used for arthritis, allergies, metabolic disorders and shock; the diuretic (furosemide) is effective for various types of edema. Used for renal, pulmonary, cardiac and hepatic edema, as well as inflammatory and allergic reactions.

Intramuscularly or slowly intravenously: • Horses, cattle: 1 ml / 50 kg body weight • Dogs: 0.25–0.5 ml / 5 kg body weight
Do not use in acute renal failure, severe liver cirrhosis, active tuberculosis, systemic fungal or viral infections. Monitor electrolyte balance (sodium, potassium, chlorides) during prolonged treatment.
