Kofein-natriy benzoat 200 mg/ml
Description
Caffeine sodium benzoate 20% is an injectable solution from the psychostimulant group. It stimulates the CNS, enhances excitation processes in the cerebral cortex, increases physical performance, and reduces fatigue and drowsiness. Strengthens cardiac activity and diuresis, increases gas exchange and water-nitrogen metabolism. Effect is dose-dependent — large doses may lead to nervous cell exhaustion.

Indications
Diseases with depression of CNS, cardiovascular and respiratory systems; poisoning by CNS-depressant toxins. Weak cardiac activity, decreased cardiac excitability and conductivity, shock. Chronic myocarditis, myodystrophy, chronic myodegeneration; cerebral, renal and cardiac vascular spasm. Respiratory centre depression; GI muscle spasm; parturient paresis in cows; fatigue; infectious and toxic diseases.
Usage
Subcutaneous (s/c): • Cattle and horses: 5.0–10.0 ml / animal • Small animals: 0.5–2.0 ml / animal • Dogs: 0.2–0.5 ml / animal Dose volume and duration depend on body weight and disease progression. Use with caution in pregnant and lactating animals under veterinary supervision.

Contraindications
Individual hypersensitivity to components. Use with caution in renal and cardiac insufficiency. Overdose symptoms: tachycardia, arrhythmia, vomiting.
